The purpose of this project is to assess accessible on-street parking conditions along the Central Avenue corridor, identify applicable Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or other regulations that apply to public on-street parking, and provide “best practices” examples.

I am a below knee amputee. I drive and hold a full time professional job but cannot leave my car if I do not have a van accessible space. Asking disabled people to pay for parking shows an extreme lack of understanding and is ablism at it's most rampant.
